BCAA-Pro is a high potency formula containing the Branched Chain Amino Acids L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, and L-Valine, as well as L-Glutamine which is the most plentiful amino acid found in skeletal muscle tissue. BCAA-Pro also incorporates vitamin C, vitamin B 6, lysophospatidyl choline and methoxyisoflavone.BCAA’s are essential amino acids meaning that they must be obtained through the diet. Athletes and bodybuilders relize the importance of a diet rich in BCAA’s as BCAA’s can boost protein synthesis and suppress muscle protein breakdown. These important amino acids are rapidly oxidized during exercise so supplemental BCAA’s can play a leading role in lean body mass accrual and muscle preservation.
