Directions:
As a dietary supplement, take 3 to 9 capsules (see chart below) once daily with a high carbohydrate meal. Avoid taking on an empty stomach and with high protein foods. Wait at least 90 minutes before taking other protein or amino acids.

90-140lbs: 3 caps
141-175: 5 caps
176-225: 7 caps
226+: 9 caps

For best results, the usage of OKG capsules should be integrated with a training schedule of 10 to 18 hours per week.
