This all natural exfoliating system uses a natural, magnesium oxide that is totally aluminum free and 100% different from the aluminum oxide particles that have been used in conventional microdermabrasion scrub systems. The most common machine systems used in the typical doctor's office have aluminum in them and this is associated with Alzheimer's disease. Our product(Isadermix) is an all natural and ultra mild controlled exfoliator.
