Directions:
Skake well before each use
1. Apply Chizeled once or twice daily (once before workout). Do not exceed two applications per any 24-hour period).
2. Massage Chizeled solution into the target area for approximately 45 seconds or until Chizeled is completely absorbed.
3. It is best to concentrate upon one target area at a time (i.e., abs, quads, shoulders, etc.) until desired results are achieved.
4. Using the supplied Exact-Med syringe, apply 4ml of Chizeled to the back of thighs, the entire abdominal region, both shoulders, or other area.
