Directions:
Always Preheat Oven Before Baking.
You will need 3 eggs, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, and 1/4 cup water.
MIX:
3 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
then add 1 (8.5 oz. bag) Carb Watchers Cake & Muffin Mix. Mix on low speed until batter is moist, then mix for 2 minutes on medium speed. SPRAY: 8x8" cake pan or muffin pan lightly with vegetable oil. Pour batter into pan or divide into 20 muffins. BAKE: at 375 Degrees F. 15-20 minutes and check periodically witha toothpic. When toothpick removes clean, the cake or muffins are done. COOL: to room temperature before serving.
